Hi there, I'm Anita Wild, a Director of ADG. At ADG we have been helping to develop managers and leaders for over 12 years.
As a Chartered Management Institute approved centre we offer management qualifications. Our difference is that these are customised to meet the needs of the individual and the organisation. We can do this as we use a mixture of coaching and action learning to help individuals to focus on their real performance needs. Our best work has been when we have had the opportunity to develop long term relationships with clients so that we can really understand their business and give them real value for money. Unilever UK, Furmanite International and the Probation Service are clients we have worked closely with for over 10 years.
We deliver in house or open programmes as required. We have our own designed and developed modules that can help to support you and your people with all areas of management. We also offer the following services: Team development using Belbin; Coaching workshops (accredited through ILM as required); Personal Development Workshops; support for Strategy Development; Individual Coaching - career, performance and executive; Psychometric testing to support recruitment and/or development using SHL OPQ, or Psytech JTI.
