A background in both business psychology and HR with specialist training in consultancy and communication skills means I am able to develop and/or deliver programmes and projects that meet individual, team and organisational needs in the most effective manner.

I have demonstrated this across many countries and cultures (e.g. UK, Spain, Angola, France, USA, Oman, Costa Rica), and for both large organisatons (Sanofi, BUPA, CSC, Barclays) and for SMEs and thrid sector.

A fluent Spanish and Catalan speaker with good ability in French, I am used to working on complex, international programmes involving intercultural and distance/remote working issues.
