Relevant teaching / training qualification: NUI Maynooth, Dublin, Train The Trainer. Accredited Train Trainers through Inscape Publishing Partners International(DiSC) International & Ken Blanchard Leadership Training.
Coaching Dip: Irish Coach Institute, 2005. (20 days)
General Experience: 25 years in Training (IT & Soft Skiills), 10 Years in personal development coaching & soft skills training & operations.
Membership of appropriate professional organisation:
Member of The Irish Institute of Training & Development & the Institute of Leadership & Management and other bodies.
Peter has both qualifications and experience over 25 years. From managing existin g and startup businesses. From Managing Director to Support Services Manager.
With most recent accreditations with ILM related business courses, and educational accreditations including Train the Trainer, going back to marketing college. In between I am certified as an Everything DiSC Trainer, am a Master DiSC Trainer and deliver inhouse certifications on Everything DiSC, I can therfore bring your people through deeper learning on applying the power of DiSC applications in your organisation.
Having worked with the Ken Blanchard Leadership affiliate in Ireland for 5 years, I have also been through accreditation on Situational leadership II(r). I have also facilitated with SLII(r).
I am also certified with Frontline SKillMap assessments and other tools and assessments.
My key competetence is in facilitating and inspiring people and in helping you to sustain learning in your organisation, through up front diagnosis, tailored training and sustainability and links to business results.
