Welcome and thank you for taking the time to look at my profile.

 

What do I do?

I provide solutions to enable businesses and individuals to improve their effectiveness.

 

From a corporate point of view, these solutions include designing and implementing effective performance management systems, developing individuals in areas such influencing, negotiating and communicating, or raising professionalism through coaching individuals to present effectively, interview successfully and manage people to get the best from them.

 

From an individual point of view, I work on a one-to-one basis with clients to improve their effectiveness, take their skills to a higher level and prepare for promotion or a job change.

 

Where organisations are restructuring, merging or re-engineering, I work with them to ensure that those people who are at risk of redundancy or are then made redundant, are given the support necessary to prepare for moving on. These programmes including counselling, skills assessment, CV development, marketing and interview skills and cover one-to-one support alongside group workshops.  

 

Do I do my job well?

I do and this has been proved by the repeat business I get.  But don’t take my word for it: look at some of the comments made by satisfied clients.
