Welcome to my profile. I have held permanent senior management positions in the Financial Services sector; driving strategic, operational and people development performance, in such roles as Head of Savings Call/Contact centre, and Head of Management Development Programme training for Barclays PLC.My recruitment consultancy and interim assignments have built on this knowledge and experience of what has worked; particularly driving and delivering programmes (both operationally and hands on training) delivering the type of recruitment consultancy, infrastructure, environment, processes & leadership behaviours that organisations and staff can sustain. I have grown an organisation that has worked with: - Bradford & Bingley PLC, Barclays PLC, East of Scotland Water, BNFL Alliance, Royal Bank of Scotland, O2, Littlewoods and other clients within the “not for profit sector” .
