I have been a trainer since the late 1990s, and have broad experience of IT and soft skills training across a variety of industry sectors.
I am a Certified IITT Training Practitioner, an ITOL member, and am currently undertaking trainer accreditation for PRINCE2.
I started my training career as a junior applications trainer, and have progressed through many disciplines. It's all about learning new things, as much as it is for the learners on my courses.
I train the Microsoft Office Suite; I am a Microsoft Master Instructor in Office 2003. I am also MCSA, Network+ and A+ certified. I am also experienced in training bespoke applications, and have recently developed and designed training for a helpdesk software solution and for BlackBerry users.
PRINCE2 is my next goal, and I am hoping to complete my trainer accreditation in early 2008.
