Our next meeting is on 16 November in Theale close to Reading.

Mike Westwood will lead the session on feedback topics to cover will include:
There is a fault in reality
Giving feedback
The vital role of the receiver
Why is effective feedback so difficult
Less helpful and more helpful phrases
And what about organisational feedback.

Mike will bring his pinboards for us to work on. His techniques encourage collaboration, generate ideas and speed up the process, making his sessions both enjoyable and satisfyingly productive.

email me or let me know through this forum if you'd like to attend. All welcome.

Hi Charlotte, I can't make your meeting, bit far from Newcastle upon Tyne, however I have added a couple of resources which you may or may not find useful. One is about feedback in general and the other is about 360 feedback as a tool.
