I am an experienced trainer, coach and facilitator and my key interest and strength lies in the development of management, leadership and personal effectiveness skills. During my 19 years in the learning and development arena, I have worked with a range of organisations in a variety of sectors within the UK, Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. Formerly, I was a Training Manager for TUI UK.
I have a passion for helping people tap into and maximise their potential. I believe my strong interpersonal and communication skills enable me to establish credibility and build relationships very quickly at all levels.
My approach is natural, flexible, empathic, interactive and engaging along with a strong focus on enabling transference of skills and knowledge back into the workplace. I believe in creating a positive, informal and enjoyable learning experience so that delegates leave feeling confident and motivated to change their behaviour.
