Quicklearn… was set up to assist the development of businesses and service organisations by developing those who work in them.


We work with you to improve communications with customers and staff .  We specialise in getting written documentation; letters and emails, proposals and reports reflecting your brand and customer service offering.  We also provide training for those staff who deal with your customers every day both in a face to face environment and through telephone contact. 


The main thrust of our approach is on 'learning by doing' and we concentrate on skills development rather than theory.    We can work with you and your people either through one-to-one coaching or by delivering small group workshops.


Whichever you choose we use proven methods and techniques to ensure that learning is practical, focused and relevant as well as memorable.  This approach encourages commitment from the participants and makes sure you get immediate results back in the workplace.


We also offer a range of resources from books to improve business writing to a series of free articles and fact sheets.
