What we do and why we do it

LifeCraft provides learning and development in a number of areas and specialises in the fields of Management and Health and Well-being.

I am the lead consultant and have a background and experience in learning and development, psychology, management and HR. This has enabled LifeCraft to successfully encourage and assist clients in implementing management and wellbeing strategies for themselves and their business.

I have particular expertise in the development of workable strategies to improve wellbeing; this includes management programmes, stress and wellbeing workshops as well as strategy development and audits. Models and approaches have grown from practical experience gained through close working with organisations to address the interrelationships between employee health, wellbeing and business performance.
