Background

Before founding RapidBI, Mike Morrison worked as a Business Adviser (Specialist Management Development Adviser) with Business Link, working with 100's of firms on a wide range of business and people needs.

Prior to that Mike worked as a Training & Development Manager in the private health care sector.

Mikes early career included Organisational development and Training and Development roles in transport, defence and manufacturing organisations.

Mike offers a unique 'Train-the-Trainer' (T3) programme based on some modelling work with one of the UK's leading motivational presenters. Leadership And Manager Development

Mike has also designed & delivered extensive senior management and supervisory skills development Programmes for several large and small companies.

Many accredited with the ILM or other organisations.

As a coach, Mike has worked with a number of TV personalities, sports performers and senior managers in a wide range of organisations – both private and not-for profit. He does not have a set programme or schedule - for some people one session is enough, for others a series of sessions is more appropriate. It's about meeting your needs.
