Barry Bailey is owner of Mobile Team Challenge (Europe) and has 25 years experience in building and leading teams to achieving great success. His expertise in leadership and management have been utilized by companies all over the world ranging from SME's to International, Blue-Chip empires as well as the RAF, Army, Navy and HMP.
A graduate of Ashridge Management College and London Business School, Barry has successfully "walked the talk" and led International Teams and organisations to peak performance. Barry is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), a Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (ISMM), an NLP Practitioner, Myers Briggs (Type I, II and Team) Practitioner, a member of the British Psychological Society delivering Emotional Intelligence Profiling to individuals and teams, a qualified Life and Business Coach. As a qualified Lean / Six Sigma Practitioner, he is frequently quoted as being "inspirational and fun" in his unique experiential delivery style.

Paul Capper is Master Facilitator at Mobile Team Challenge and he is most well known for his seminal and transformational work with young people. He is the country's most successful and most active provider of residential programmes for the Princes Trust and he is also one of only handful of trainers certified to deliver MTC Facilitation training programmes. Paul is a qualified NLP Practitioner, youth worker and trained Life Coach.
Steve Woods is the Senior Facilitator at Mobile Team Challenge. Steve is recognised as an expert in his field by the British Standards Institute and he holds an accreditation from ERCA (the European Ropes Course Association) as one of their prestigious European instructors. Steve was formerly head of Europe's leading supplier of high ropes courses as a Senior Instructor before becoming one of the founder Facilitators and Trainers for MTC. Steve's passion is for the development of people and skills and even after arduous days of training Steve can be frequently seen climbing the sea cliffs of Dorset by way of personal recreation. Steve's outstanding expertise is widely recognised by specialists in the industry and he travels the length and breadth of Europe delivering highly energetic and motivational sessions. Steve is significantly engaged working with RAF and Army and there are not many bases or stations that he have not experienced Steve's contagious and fun approach to personal, and team development.
Rod Baber is a Senior Facilitator with Mobile Team Challenge and has recently returned from conquering Mount Everest and creating two new world records. Many would say that Rod is an extraordinary person. Rod would say that he is no different to the millions of people who have dreams and aspirations that they want to achieve, other than the fact that he uses Appreciative Enquiry to plan, focus and motivate him on the way through his journey to achieving success. Rod is a successful businessman developing innovative ropes and outward bounds courses to help maximise the performance of individuals and teams.
Hinna Hanif is the Administration Manager for Mobile Team Challenge. Hinna is also responsible for the scheduling of all of MTC's training courses as well as the ever growing day to day tasks of "office life" where her double award in Business Studies are put to good use!Hinna is also the primary contact for liaison bewteen Clients and Trainers schedules
