ACCREDITATION FOR INDEPENDENT TRAINERS

Your passport to success

Having Certified Learning Practitioner (CLP) accreditation is your passport to greater success. It is proof of who you are and also assurance of what you can do. Having Certified Learning Practitioner accreditation will open doors to more opportunities and more lucrative contracts.

TrainerBase: The Association for Learning Practitioners actively engages with organisations looking for learning and development professionals and promotes the recruitment of Certified Learning Practitioners.

When the Association receives requests from private and public sector organisations, looking for recommendations, it will provide a list of suitable CLPs to these organisations.

The Association contacts hundreds of organisations to research their past, current and future learning and development needs. Where appropriate, the Association will put forward CLPs to fulfil the identified needs.

The Association acts on behalf of groups of individual CLPs in putting together collective bids for large contracts.

As a Certified Learning Practitioner, you have a passport to gain access to organisations that are actively looking for learning and development professionals. These organisations are assured that the Learning Practitioners put forward by TrainerBase, are guaranteed to meet their learning and development objectives.

Being a Certified Learning Practitioner assures TrainerBase and prospective client organisations that you meet the Standard.

Being a Certified Learning Practitioner puts you in the lead when it comes to providing a first class learning and development service.
