Hi Joy et al

Sorry to hear of your problems. If you have the details of any of those that have nicked your stuff, let me know and I will check to see if they are on the site. I would not want them to use TrainerBase to search for alternative providers.

Enforcing ones rights is a dilemma; is it worth it? If you have a contract in place which is explicit about development/design and the client does not comply then you should challenge. I woould suggest that design/development needs to be explicit and separate from delivery; possibly even two separate contracts.

I am aware that some people are now going to High Court without going to County Court as this provides greater redress. I know little about it other than what I have seen on television.

Interestingly last year I got involved in a long standing dispute between a member and a company that had used TrainerBase to source the member. A few judicious emails and reminders from me and the outstanding invoice was paid. Is there something TrainerBase can help with?
