The process is straighforward.

The final step is to add your Opportunity. Please have all the information to hand so that you can do this without too much delay.

Your opportunity will be registered on the system and will be approved for display within 24 hours.

By becoming a member of the
Learning Practitioners' Association you get support from the only trade association for learning and development practitioners.



The Association allows visitor to post opportunities on the TrainerBase site which fall into the following criteria:

(A) A Tender (TDR) is for a real job by virtue of an existing training requirement. The requirement may be directly with the advertiser or be a contract between the advertiser and its client;

(B) A Prospect (PPT) is for a real job for which the advertiser has an identified possible future need, e.g. the advertiser is bidding or tendering to a potential or existing client;

(C) A Capability Build (CPB) is indicative of an advertiser seeking to grow trainer capability in new or existing areas and as such carries no indication of a job or work being available;

(D) Expression of Interest EOI) is to source likely providers of training service and may or may not be for a particular identified need. An EOI is a preliminary step and in itself does not constitute a tender submission.

(E) A Business Proposition (BSP) is an invitation to enquire about a business related offer which may require an investement that may result in a commercial return. This includes; distributor/agency offers, accreditation workshops, exhibition sharing or project development partnerships.

(F) A Term of Employment (TOE) is for work opportunities, full, part time and temporary, where the company will contract the individual as an employee, through the company payroll system. (These opportunities require membership to access but do not require a subscription to read).

However the Association requests that if the person posting the tender is acting as an Agent for another third party, they state they are acting as an agent in the tender description.
